This is my third pair. Most comfy sandals I've ever had, hands down. My feet are moderately wide, but widen more at the front, so the shape of the front straps works well to kinda go around the widest part of my foot. The bottom is made of some kind of foam rather than rubber, which makes the sandals incredibly lightweight, easy wearing, but it does mean that they wear out more quickly than a rubber sole. Usually I get 2 summers of constant wearing before the heel is so worn that it affects my gait too much. For me the tradeoff is worth it. I wear size 37 wide (6 to 6 1/2), which is true to my typical size, but new sandals are too tight for a couple of days until the leather stretches out. I got these because they were on a list of Orthopedic sandals. And while the insole part of them is comfortable, the heel strap is huge! Makes it so you have to overlap the velcro quite a bit. I still wore them for a few months. And then the velcro statued to crap out. Now it just randomly comes off as I'm walking. Very inconvenient, as I actually walk longer distances. I'd be coming out of a store and suddenly the velcro comes apart and my shoe goes flying off my foot! Bad design, not great material. The other thing I greatly dislike is the covering of the insole part of the sandals - that stuff got gunked up really fast (from walking around dirty city streets), started smelling weird. I cleaned them to the best of my ability and the material started coloring the soles of my feet orange! Plus, any time the straps get wet, it causes discoloration. I'd give these 2.5 stars, but that's not an option.. But yeah, poor design, way overpriced for what they are. Read more

I bought these sandals the day before my trip to Europe. From the second I put them on, it was like walking on clouds. No breaking them in, no rubbing, no blisters. We spent 8 days in Provence and the French Riviera, walking over 20,000 steps a day, even up to 30k some days. I hiked up and down cobblestone-lined streets to the most remote cathedrals on the highest peaks with ease and my feet DID NOT HURT at the end of the day. I seriously would not shut up about how comfortable my feet were and how relieved I was that I bought these sandals last minute! They are secure, don’t slip, and look cute with pants or dresses.
