I wanted to like these nasal strips more than I ultimately could, and that has more to do with my skin type than the product itself. The strips feel well made. They’re lightweight, flexible, and comfortable on the nose. The material is soft, and the adhesive feels strong at first. When properly placed, they do create that slight lifting effect that’s meant to open up the nasal passages. Removal is painless, which I appreciate. Where things didn’t work for me is adhesion over time. I have very oily skin, and even after cleaning my face thoroughly and letting it dry, my skin starts producing oil again fairly quickly. Because of that, the strips began peeling off sooner than expected. Once they start lifting, they can’t really do their job, so I wasn’t able to fairly test their effectiveness for snoring or long, uninterrupted sleep. That said, I don’t think this is a flaw in the product itself. Based on the build quality and how they feel initially, I can easily see these working well for people with normal or drier skin. The concept is solid, and the strips themselves seem thoughtfully designed. If you don’t struggle with oily skin, these are worth trying.
