Great quality. I was always skeptical of these things and then during a recent cold I bought one. It made sleeping with a stuffy nose so much easier, I’ve been wearing them every night even though I feel better easy to apply. Strips themselves are ok, for the price. What I really hate is that every strip is individually packaged, and most of them don’t open easily. It’s a huge waste of material. Other similar products are less wasteful and easier to open. Read more
I was super skeptical about nasal strips. I’ve tried all kinds of stuff for snoring and congestion, and nothing ever really made a big difference. But these? Total game changer. From the first night I used them, I could actually breathe clearly through my nose. My snoring dropped way down (according to my very grateful partner 😂), and I woke up feeling more rested than I have in years. I didn’t realize how much my blocked nose was messing up my sleep until now. The strips stick really well and stay on all night, even if you move around a lot. They don’t hurt to take off either, which was a nice surprise. I’ve even started using them before workouts sometimes when I feel a bit congested — and it helps there too. These gave me a horrible rash across my nose bridge. It’s red and welted even days later. And I do not have particularly sensitive skin. Have never had a reaction like this to any adhesive. Read more
I wanted to like these nasal strips more than I ultimately could, and that has more to do with my skin type than the product itself. The strips feel well made. They’re lightweight, flexible, and comfortable on the nose. The material is soft, and the adhesive feels strong at first. When properly placed, they do create that slight lifting effect that’s meant to open up the nasal passages. Removal is painless, which I appreciate. Where things didn’t work for me is adhesion over time. I have very oily skin, and even after cleaning my face thoroughly and letting it dry, my skin starts producing oil again fairly quickly. Because of that, the strips began peeling off sooner than expected. Once they start lifting, they can’t really do their job, so I wasn’t able to fairly test their effectiveness for snoring or long, uninterrupted sleep. That said, I don’t think this is a flaw in the product itself. Based on the build quality and how they feel initially, I can easily see these working well for people with normal or drier skin. The concept is solid, and the strips themselves seem thoughtfully designed. If you don’t struggle with oily skin, these are worth trying. In my case, they just weren’t the best match for my skin type, so I wouldn’t judge their performance solely based on my experience. Read more
