Wasn’t sure what to expect, but these nose tapes actually made a difference. They’re easy to apply, stay on all night, and I definitely feel like I’m breathing more clearly when I use them. I was skeptical at first, but gave it a try anyway, to my surprise, i can actually feel better airflow right a way. the application was easy, and the removal is quick and painless, but I'd use some lotion after removal just to keep my skin from irritation. And my wife did not try to wake me due to my snoring, she said she didnt hear anything, and thats amazing! I have been using the name brand for years so, initially, I hesitated to give this product a try. Now that I've tried I will be shifting to this product going forward. It's quite effective and really enabled me to get restful uninterrupted sleep without breathing congestion. The adhesive is excellent; stays in place all night even on top of night time skin care products. That said, the strips are breathable and easy to remove without irritating the skin.
