I wasn't sure what to make of the "adjustable" description, but decided to try these because the name brand product always feels a little cumbersome. Well, the adjusted to my nose perfectly and stay attached overnight and then some. On days where I shower later, I actually forget I have them on as they fit snugly to my nose and are much thinner than the name brand item. After 5 nights, they keep my nasal passage open as well as other brands and because they fit so well, I will keep using these.
