I've used a much higher CFU probiotic for a while now, but this claims to be much more with its pre-biotics and other supplements, so I thought I'd give it a try! Off the bat, I noticed the bottle itself is much larger than it needed to be, with it only hitting the halfway mark inside... The amount of course here is pretty low as a result, with 60 total capsules meant to be taken 2 at a time, up to 8 a day total if needed; so as much as a month to as little as a week and change for the price (a price that, again, is much higher than a standard probiotic). I understand you get more using this Native Formulas supplement, and though I don't follow the logic of "toxin removal", the acid and pre-biotics are the main difference, and are designed to solve other long term symptoms of a damaged gut biome. I understand the price relative to the research and quality, so would recommend if regular probiotics aren't doing it for you, or you need a quick biome rebuild after poisoning. Read more
Not good for SIBO, might be ok for IBS. Caused burning the first day and discomfort the second day. Best to purchase on the official website to get the discount and better return policy. You can’t return on Amazon, unfortunately. UPDATE: I gave these a second chance, paired with a ginger and artichoke supplement which is designed for SIBO and motility issues (not standard diarrhea and IBS) and it SEEMS to be helping with some of the symptoms I had previously experienced. I may increase from a 3 to 4 star rating. It is still very expensive for what it is. Read more
