Gotta find a way to make them easier to get out of the bottle, or widen the mouth. Had to use ice tongs to get them out. They stick to each other too easily. I took them all out and put them into a container I could reach into. Read more

I started taking these to help some stomach pain (digestive issues) but I also needed fiber and these have worked well for me. Stomach pain has lessened. They are a little bit hard to get out of the bottle though because they stick together. Read more
