I've been taking this Super C for a few months now, and it’s become a regular part of my daily routine. I like that it has Vitamin C, D3, Zinc, and a few other antioxidants in one tablet. It is super convenient and saves me from taking multiple supplements. I’ve noticed I haven’t gotten sick as often, and I feel like my immune system is holding up better, especially during busy or stressful weeks. The tablets are easy enough to swallow, though I did learn to take them with food to avoid any mild stomach discomfort. Definitely planning to keep it in my routine. Read more

Don't run out
I have been taking this since Fall of 2020 and let myself run out. First time I've been sick with a bad cough and body aches. I won't run out again. I take it pretty close to everyday with my regular vitamin regimen. So yes, I recommend. Read more
