I have been searching for a vitamin with the right form of each nutrient from whole food sources that doesn't contain mega-doses of anything -- I finally found it! These vitamins were amazing! Immediately, they began helping with issues that prescribed medications weren’t helping with. Take caution because meds that my body was used to were now making me very drowsy for at least the first weeks. They helped with my sleep, with some fibromyalgia pains, early morning muscle spasms in my feet and hands. Oh, and how can I forget!! My facial hair began to thin and slowed down!! What a Godsend! Unfortunately, I, myself, could not continue taking them because they caused me to break out in pimples on my face and back so badly! I have bad anxiety and pick at my face and twice have caused myself to contract facial cellulitis. If I find a way to prevent getting the pimples, I’d love to try them again and would love to try some of their others. Read more
