This supplement was fine overall, and I would say it’s a good value for the price. The capsules are easy to swallow and didn’t cause me any stomach upset, which I’ve had with some other supplements in the past. I also appreciate that the ingredients are clean—vegan, non-GMO, and gluten free—so I felt comfortable taking it daily. The 60-count bottle is convenient, giving a full 60-day supply without needing to reorder right away. That said, after finishing the full course, I can’t say I noticed a major difference in how I felt. It may still be offering benefits that aren’t as obvious day-to-day, but for me there wasn’t a dramatic change. I think this is one of those supplements that could be more about long-term support rather than quick, noticeable results. Overall, it’s a solid product if you’re looking for an affordable milk thistle option with good ingredient standards.
