I have tested the jacket out in some cold weather and it’s great for a windbreaker. I’m confident that it’s resistant to rain. I like the high collar a lot. I wear another layer like a sweatshirt or fleece jacket underneath if it’s colder. Really a great looking classic style and quality made. The lining makes it for me. So I have a rather stocky build. I have an 18" neck and 58" chest, but short 32" arms and am 5'8. The length on the arms is fine, but it is really tight around the shoulders, especially when zipped up. If I don't zip it up its pretty much fine and I don't notice it, but when I try to zip it up I can really tell and it is uncomfortable and restricts movement. I realize this is more of a me problem than a product problem, but just wanted to let people know it seems to run small. I wouldn't want to get the size larger because it would be too long both in length on torso and arms, but will probably have to look at other options next spring/fall Read more

The jacket is advertised as 90% polyester and 10% spandex. But there’s no spandex. In fact, it is 100% polyester. So obviously it doesn’t have the stretch I was looking for. Even though I don’t like doing business with merchants who misrepresent their product, I decided to keep it. The jacket is a good fit, feels good, and looks good. Read more
