Amazing! This product is a miracle worker for constipation. I've tried many different remedies over the years; most have had no effect. I love that it is so easy to take, and it cleans you out with little to no cramping or side effects. Sometimes it will take me a day to kick in, and other times it works within 6-8 hours. I usually take 2 capsules and wait a few hours. If nothing happens, I take another two; by the third dose, I'm usually ready to go. If you drink more water, it tends to work faster. I also like that you don't need to take it constantly. I seem to remain regular for a week or two before needing another round of capsules. Buy it! I was struggling on my entire Thailand trip with the time change and rushing out the door in the morning for adventures to stay regular. My niece introduced me to this product, a few moths ago. She said it really helped her with an issue she was having. She gave me an extra bottle and I have to say it really works. I have constipation issues, caused from some medications that I have to take. I only take 2 a day, morning and night. 10/10 ...Been using this for years, get and gentle effect on my stomach Take a night after your meal by the morning you will go. Warning: 1. do this on your day off 2. Stay close to the bathroom 3.
