Makes you super regular and I feel has aided my weight loss (in combo with intermittent fasting and working out.) Tastes like actual stomach bile but such is life- I guess if you are one of those adults who can’t do yucky remedies because of the taste maybe this isn’t for you or maybe just get over it because I feel like the health benefits of this are worth it. Amazing product! Works wonders for it to be all natural. Normally when I use something that says all natural, it usually takes a few days to work. I took 2 tablespoons the first day I got the bottle and it worked within 5hours. The taste is horrible and very bitter I must say, desperate times cause for desperate measures. Because it worked fast and was effective, I wanted to give it 5 stars. The taste is very bitter/sour. If you are in need of a clean digestive system often please use. After a couple of weeks with Serene Herbs Soursop Bitters, there is a clear difference in how light and less bloated the stomach feels, especially after heavier meals. The herbal blend with soursop, black seed, moringa, and ginger really does seem to support digestion and regularity, and there is a mild but welcome bump in overall energy during the day. The tradeoff is the flavor: it is very strong, bitter, and a bit medicinal so taking it straight is not pleasant at all. Mixing the does into juice or a smoothie helps, but the taste still takes getting used to, and this is probably not for anyone sensitive to bitter herbal tonics. Packaging and directions are clear, and the fact that it is a plant-based liquid with a long list of time-tested herbs is reassuring, as long as you follow the suggested serving and check with a doctor if you take medications. Ok so I’ve been drinking this for literally a month (started 11/22/25). I’ve have digestive issues since I got the stomach flu that wasn’t treated at 20 years old, I am 38 now. For the last few months especially (on and off sadly) I haven’t had a decent poop to the point I started feeling full, not eating much but always full. I’ve been having weight problem to boot which is extremely frustrating. My coworker who is into health joke that “postal life has been good” (meaning I gained weight). I told him my situation and he told me about “bitters” I look up bitters and I remembered I was suppose to buy this last year but I forgot due to my head injury last year. I recommend this for anyone who has to clean their body out. It’s taking me a long time due to being backed up and I will definitely get a colonic soon. SHAKE WELL, I am at the end of my bottle and it was a thick bitters so the taste is a bit much but since I am use to toxics etc I don’t mind the taste. I have been finally pooping everyday not much just something. Just follow the instructions and put a little juice on the amount you put (I had to up to 4 tbs because of my case) and some hot water and drink. I didn’t lose weight but my coworker that reminded me about the bitters and even my mom told me I got smaller, this is true because my stomach is definitely smaller and my clothes fit better but no weight loss that I seen on the IG review video that made me want to get the product before I got hurt and forgot about it. I was very disappointed with this bottle I bought. I bought several bottles before and they were perfect. This one seems spoiled. It was brown inside. The liquid was very dark taste grainy. I poured it out. It was clumpy and thick. I had to pour it down down the sink Very disappointed. I hope they can fix this and refund my money or send me a better bottle. this one was spoiled. This product is not for the faint of heart or stomach. Sadly, I am the latter. Today is my third day taking Serene Herbs Soursop Bitters Liquid and not sure if I will continue. The gritty bitter taste is sinfully nasty even with mixing it with juice. And though I am moving more regularly, at least three times daily, today I felt lightheaded and sick to my stomach and needed to lay down; not sure if I would regurgitate what I had just eaten. I'm glad that I didn't, but as soon I got up an hour and a half later, I had a runny stool. This running stool lasted for several hours. Additionally, I didn't experience an energy boost. I wouldn't advise taking this product unless you are able to stay home. Maybe, I will take it again on my days off. It's a little pricey for me. Read more
