Buttons do not work. Once it is on you cannot turn it off. Battery only lasts 10 minutes, then needs to be recharged. Cannot adjust pressure. Don't waste your money, this is not worth $50. Read more

Update: Divibro saw this and contacted me. They offered a refund. They were very kind and have great customer service. I understand sometimes an item like this can be one lemon. But the fact that they responded immediately and offered such great customer service, speaks to their integrity and standing behind a product. I will probably order one again, because it was amazing at first. That deserves a 5 star. However, I do hope they enclose better instructions from here on out. I fully charged it before first use. Felt good when it worked, which was one time. But after that use, I would completely charge it and get about 7 minutes massage time. I even use only the massage part, without heat to try to get a longer time. Also the charging button has always stayed red the whole time it is charging, which is usually overnight—I have made sure to charge it for hours. But the red light never goes out. And then after all that, I get at the MOST 8 minutes of use. Enclosed instructions are lame. I received it around Jan. 6. So by the time I used it once, (it worked ok the first time). I then tried again, only worked 7 minutes, then again several weeks later—only 8 minutes, and then again when I thought about it and began trouble shooting, thinking I had done something wrong or hadn’t charged it right— it was past the Amazon 30 days. It has now Feb. 22. I guess the 60 day Christmas present stuff was over by then? I am going to work with Amazon and see about a refund or replacement. I’ve been using this massager for a while now, and overall I’m quite impressed. The different massage modes and intensity levels make it easy to customize based on how sore or tired I am. It does a great job of relieving muscle tension, especially after a long day. The build feels sturdy, and it’s easy to use. Disappointed in product. The plastic hands hurt my skin even on low setting. The heating option is very poor, barely heats up. You can’t use massager laying down, no oils or lotion to help with the massage. I do not recommend this product. Read more
