I am amazed by this machine. The push button options great. The heat isn't real noticable to me...but it's there. It's bulky, but for a reason. Has a 15 min shut off timer. You control the intensity by pulling more or lesson the attached arms. If it hurts, adjust accordingly. It must be plugged into the wall. Comes with a car charger as well. This is the same exact one as the more expensive ones you see....buy this one. Read more
I'm not sure if i recieved a defective one or whats going on. It makes an incredibly loud clunk noise while operating making any relaxing experience null. It also turns off with even the slightest bit of pressure. The left side of mine doesnt keep up with the right and keeps stalling so its more uncomfortable than anything since its going different speeds when I can get it to go.
