So far, this is working well to soothe and heal my ear piercings! I’ve had a helix for two months now that’s been nonstop sore but a week or so of using this spray and it’s been feeling much calmer. The only thing is the spray comes out super hard and aggressive, left the whole side of my face dripping lol. But it’s a big bottle and I don’t expect to run out for a while! Just be gentle when spraying lmao Read more

Perfect wound cleaning product. The bottle is easy to use, the product works great, and I didn't have a horrible sting like usual with rubbing alcohol or hydrogen peroxide. Read more

Cheaper than their other NeilMed piercing cleanse. Only differences is the spray is really strong. But i found a work around, my h20 ocean spray had the same nozzle but with a finer mist so i swapped the nozzle from the h20 can to this one and it was a perfect fit and gives me the same misting option as NeilMed piercing kit. I am unsure if the nozzle on the neilmed piercing spray will fit on this one. I already threw out that can, leave a comment if you were able to change the nozzles around. It was super easy with the one i did. Read more

I recently tried the NeilMed Cleanse Sterile Saline Wound Wash, 6.3 oz and overall I’m really satisfied with how it works. The spray is very gentle on the skin and doesn’t burn or sting, which is important when you’re cleaning cuts, scrapes, or irritated areas. I like that it’s a sterile saline solution without harsh chemicals, so it feels safe to use even on sensitive skin. The mist comes out evenly and makes it easy to rinse the area without touching the wound too much, which helps keep things clean and hygienic. It’s also convenient to keep in a first aid kit or take when traveling. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the pressure of the spray could be a little stronger, especially when trying to clean deeper or larger areas. Still, it does the job well and is a reliable option for everyday wound care. Read more

NeilMed Wound Wash is a staple in my first aid supplies, and for good reason. It delivers a steady, gentle stream of sterile saline that effectively cleans wounds without causing stinging or irritation. It’s great for flushing out debris from minor cuts, scrapes, and abrasions while being safe to use on sensitive skin. I appreciate that it’s drug-free and doesn’t require mixing—just spray and go. The nozzle design makes it easy to control the flow and reach the affected area without touching the wound, which helps reduce the risk of contamination. It’s also a good size for keeping in a home first aid kit or taking along for travel. Overall, this is a dependable, easy-to-use wound wash that does exactly what it’s supposed to do. If you’re looking for a gentle and effective way to clean wounds for proper healing, NeilMed is a product I trust and highly recommend. Read more

Was having issues with one of my piercings and tried many other saline sprays and there was no resolution to the issue until I used this. Won't use anything else going forward! The only con is due to the high pressure of the stream it literally lasts 2 or 3 uses but with how amazing it works I can't be upset. Read more

This works great! My only problem is I didn’t read closely enough. It is NOT a mist spray, it comes out in one pressurized stream. Again it works great and is an awesome product just a lot more messy for my piercings than I was expecting because it’s not a mist Read more
