This toy is not durable. My dog got less than 30 mins playtime with it and it fell apart. He was able to get it apart really rapidly and the mechanism quit working right away. It’s junk. PS: I have a tiny dachshund, not a German shepherd, so it’s not like I have this toy to a massive hound. I want my money back. Read more

My border-jack girl LOVES this ball. It is durable and holds up to her very aggressive chewer behavior. Only drawback is that it doesn't stay charged very long. But given that she plays with it a lot, I understand it can't stay charged forever. We have gotten 3 now, the first one she carried outside and was lost for a couple of months so we replaced it. That one died pretty quick (again, she is an active rough girl). And just got the third one. Read more

Entertained 3 pups for about 45 minutes. Then a pup figured out how to take the ball apart. Still not sure where the inside of the ball is hiding. Ball was very easy to charge. Pups body language with ball was very funny especially the brave pup who carried it in his mouth. AND he wasn't the pup to take it apart. If I could figure out how to keep pups from taking ball apart I would rate this 5 stars because they did love it until they broke it. Read more

Engaging toy, for a few minutes at a time

My dog likes this well-made, durable toy, and will play with it until the battery runs down. When you turn it on, it vibrates strongly on and off for five minutes and then shuts off automatically. You have to go get it and turn it back on for the dog to keep playing with it. It seems to be good for about five runs before the battery needs recharging. The size is good for my 22 pound dog, and the material is durable and somewhat soft so she can chew on it without breaking it. It is easy to recharge by unscrewing the halves to access the USB port inside. Longer battery life and longer play time without my intervention would have earned five stars. Read more
