This Collagen does what it says. Older skin bruises easily, but I have no more bruising! My hair remains thick. My two “cons” are that it has done nothing for my nails and you have to take 3 big pills a day. I can still swallow easily, but for some this is a problem. Make one medium size pill and you would have a winner! Read more

I have been taking these collagen supplements for close to 2 years. It seems that the longer I take them, the better the outcome. I have aging skin, and I tend to bruise easily. A provider suggested that taking collagen supplements would help with bruising. It HAS! I have skin that isn't bruising, stronger fingernails, healthier hair and feel better in general! I now have my husband taking them! I feel that these are extremely effective! These supplements do not upset my stomach like many others do.
