Been using for about 2 weeks. I can see and feel the difference in my skin, hair and pain relief for joint pain. The taste isn't delicious but if you like pomegranates then it's tolerable. I haven’t been using this long enough to speak to the results but I can tell you without hesitation this is the worst thing I have ever tasted. It has a very syrupy consistency which isn’t a big problem. I can handle robitussin for colds and flus. I would rather drink Robitussin everyday and twice on Sundays than to ever have to taste this stuff again. The initial sweet syrupy taste is quickly followed by a grain or hops like flavor. It’s not going away. That one tablespoon has well and thoroughly coated your tongue … you’re not tasting anything else until you’ve brushed your teeth, gargled with listerine and scraped your tongue. I have been using powdered collagen that works AMAZING. The only problem with the powdered, it didn't fully dissolve in hot or cold liquids. I was ok with it at first, but I lost my favorite coffee cup with a lid and it concealed the massacre inside the cup. After switching cups, the site of layer of skin floating on top of my coffee turned my stomach and now I can no longer use the powder collagen even with a new cup...just knowing its there (yuk). Now I'm trying Neocell's liquid collagen. In about another week, it'll be a month of taking it. You get 16 ounces which is a great value for the money. You supposed to take a tablespoon daily. The bottle is pretty big and it says its 32 servings, but a measuring cup doesn't come with it. I take this supplement at work and I don't have a tablespoon at work...so I just take it to the head! My only problem is, I'm a salty/sour person...sweets are not my fav. The stuff is hella SWEET!! It ONLY comes in the flavor of pomegranate. It's not a bad taste, its a strong sweet taste.
