The mask arrived in good condition, but I am worried about whether it is actually new. It arrived in an unsealed box with no instructions and a fully charged battery. Other chargeable items need to be plugged in before you can use them. It looks good, but am afraid to use it. Read more

The head and ear straps on both of the masks I bought looked like that had been cut or torn. I am suspicious that these are incomplete or used masks. Read more

The slightly cheaper was the same exact thing except for two. First difference was the cheaper version came with a cap that covered the charger cable/power button. The second difference was in the center of the mask they were two stitch lines whereas the cheaper version has only one. This one does tend to fit a little better but still doesn’t seem to fit correctly. Causes irritation on the surface of your nose. Read more
