Great for use on cruises or at home. Strong magnets. Hold up good amt of weight. I hung my winter parka on one. For slightly heavier thing if you place two beside each other and hang the item from both they will support even better. Dont try to pull them straight off they dont want to release, but if you tip them sideways they will release nicely. On cruises I hang towels, beach bag, robe, or cloths on them. As long as you have a metal surface they hold to it. The hook is nice size, large enough to hold my winter parka or purse straps. If you dont want the hook part on you can unscrew it. But if you remove the hook it will be difficult to release the magnet from the surface it on without the hook. This was a great value for the cost. They are high gloss coated. Read more
