This is fantastic! It saved me during and illness. It feels like regular neosporin, similar to Vaseline. In my experience it soothed the irritated skin as soon as I put it on and helped relieve the pain quickly. The tube squeezes out more than you need if you aren't careful. And it may look empty, but I kept squeezing and turning the tube and there was still a lot of product left. I considered cutting it open, but did not. Had a cut right on my finger joint — the kind that takes forever to heal because you bend it 8,000 times a day doing absolutely nothing. Every time I moved it: ouchy. Got real old real fast. Tried this stuff. Oh wow. Pain = off switch. It also healed faster, something about “keeping the wound bed moist” or whatever the science people said.
