DO NOT BUY - EXTREMELY DOG UNSAFE NOT SUITABLE FOR DOGS AT ALL JOKING HAZARD FOR DOGS EMERGENCY VET TRIP REQUIRED The very weak and soft nerf foam surrounding the light up ball was quickly damaged by my dog through regular play. The small light up ball is a JOKING HAZARD. My dog swapped it and I had to take her to the vet. Extremely fortunate they were able to remove it, but the vet told me she easily couldβve died. Also, The light up ball inside died almost immediately and is not rechargeable. Read more

Had a hard time getting it to light but once i did it was pretty cool. My dog loved it, BUT two minutes later... dead. I shook it, bounced it hard on the ground... nothing would get it going again. So much for night fetch. I returned it and got a replacement without any hassle which was nice. When i brought out the replacement toy my dog freaked out because he remembered the last one even though we had only used it for minutes. He loved the replacement so much he started his first game of keep-away (he is all about bringing me the ball, normally). So I ignored him and minutes later he had chewed a bigger hole in the exterior bit and the small interior ball fell out. This little guy seems just the right size to choke a Labrador. So sadly i took it away and gave the light up bit to my friends daughter (even though it says "not a toy" right on it. My dog is a pretty accomplished chewer, so I don't really blame the toy, but I am disappointed. If you have the kind of dog that wont rest until their toys are wrong-side-out i don't recommend this. I really wish someone would make a bullet proof light up toy for night fetch. The Chuck-it one is pretty good, but it doesn't stay on long enough to find it. Mine is in the back yard somewhere.... somewhere. Oh, and yes waterproof, no - batteries can't be replaced, and i have no idea if it floats. Read more
I have had multiples of these. My dog absolutely loves it. My only complaint is it durability. The blinking lights might last a week. The plastic weld might last another few weeks. Then it's set for the landfill. Please make these more durable Read more
It is Nerf, most of her ball toys are. She is an aggressive chewer and loves light up toys, this ball is the best of both. The ball is very strong and durable which it needs to be since it has a light inside it. My dog loves it and I trust the ball is safe for her. Read more
Iβve purchased a few other light-up frisbees and balls to throw for my heavy-chewing labrador at night, and this is the only one I can leave her unsupervised with. Unfortunately, the battery does seem to gradually dim over time, but I don't trust the safety of the rechargeable options. The light was surprisingly still flickering a little after a year. The value is there and she seems to like the texture of the rubber on the outside. Iβm on my second ball purchased and will probably get another one soon. Read more
The ball has already stopped working one month in. I throw this a couple of times a week for my dog. If it lights up it lasts less than five seconds or it does not even light up at all. Highly disappointed thinking it was Nerf so it should be good quality. Read more
