When we go out to play this ball this the first thing this dog grabs as stepping off the porch. We had other balls but this is her favorite. I believe this is her 4th Nerf ball, after a while ball splits in half. It takes alot of ware and tear with this German shepherd. There is stuffing that make crinkle sound, and also squeaker. And yes I will buy over and over. Read more

My dogs absolutely love this ball. Normally they are power chewers and would rather destroy a toy than play with it but for some reason that is not the case with this ball. The rubber is quite tough but also quite stretchy and the amount of grooves in the rubber lets them tug on the ball and allows me to grip the ball and play tug with them. The squeaky toy in the center is wrapped in some crunchy plastic and adds to the noise factor which they like too. I’ve now purchased this ball two times as they ultimately did end up destroying the first ball. The first one ended up lasting so long and they enjoyed playing with it so much I purchased the same one a second time. Highly recommended if your dogs love a good fetch ball or playing tug with a rubber ball. As I truly feel that user reviews are the best way to gauge a product before you buy, I hope you've found this review helpful. Cheers! Read more

I have another kind of nerf ball for my heavy chewers dog and it has survived quite a while. I was optimistic about another nerf ball. This ball lasted 2 minutes before he figured out how to chew into it. Not nerfs fault but I don't recommend for heavy chewers. Read more

Great ball , dog loves it, but inside fabric is poorly made and rips with general play and cotton comes out. Squeaker also doesn’t work anymore. Exterior blue nerf material is durable and hasn’t had any damage so far after months of play. Wish they made the inside with better materials also not sure why they used cotton if since it’s prone to getting wet. I’d still recommend this ball , it’s soft, exterior very durable, and the squishyness of they ball and squeaky toy on the inside is so fun for my pup. If your pup might eat the fabric or cotton pieces, then try to remove inside after it gets worn and damaged. But Now that I’m left with just the exterior blue shell it’s not as fun but still works. The previous red model of basically the same ball was loved and lasted a long time, until our current Doberman got her mouth on it and tore it to shreds. This one is blue but looks mechanically identical. Since the old one was used by our previous dog, also a Doberman, I'm not sure how mechanically sturdy it was when our 18 month old Doberman got her teeth on it. I'll see how strong and durable this one lasts once we give her this new one...after she destroys her second toy ball which she just got today. UPDATE: This blue ball lasted all of one week. When our 18 month old female Doberman apparently decided that the new ball deserved some serious chewing attention, she did just that...chewed it until pieces started coming off. At that point I had to take it away and throw the ball and the chewed off pieces in the trash so that she would not swallow and or choke on the pieces. This might be a good toy for a smaller dog, but for a medium large dog like a Doberman it's just not a safe or appropriate toy because it is too easily chewed into ingestable pieces. Read more

Bought 2 for both of my dogs and they love it especially my small dog. Great toy if your dogs are avid chewers. The size is great about the same as a softball. It doesn’t really bounce as much but it’s not that big of a deal for me. It does have a squeaker inside. Over all great value Read more

My GSD loves these balls for hand to mouth catch games. It’s light enough and the internal polyester filled crinkle ball makes it soft so we don’t harm his teeth. One of his favorite things in the world. I buy them three at a time. Recently when playing after the internal contents of the toy ruptured as they eventually do, I took the ball from his mouth and falling out was a piece of the CRINKLE material. Upon examination of the item I noticed this piece of “recycled” plastic. The item was full of dirt and even a seed from grass, field, landfill, street or where it was gathered. I’m sure the USDA approve. Hasbro toy company standards have sunk to this level of greed and complacency. Their Nerf division is no more than a China shell company with dangerous third world conventionalities. No longer do we have ideals, principles or manufacturing integrity in products sold in the US with native branding. Wake up America! Bring manufacturing back to our soil and quit selling hazardous products to our people and the world. Read more
