I LOVE these balls (if only my dogs would stop fighting over them). I have 3 120lbs Rottweilers and they chew through EVERY toy. And if it squeaks it's dead. This ball is so cool, it is very sturdy and has a deep kind of squeak whenever it is squashed, it is unique to other squaeker balls on the market. With the exception of one of my dogs, these balls have holded up. My youngest sits in her crate and just squeaks away with it, my biggest Rotty has chewed his and cannot get it to break so he has given up and now just guards his. I do have one insanely determined Rotty that will stop at nothing and she was able to rip the squeaker out and somewhat destroy the ball, but she is truly Crazy OCD determined. I would recommend this to any big dog that normally chews threw toys, and if they are OCD crazy like one of mine, at least take videos before the ball is ripped up because it is so funny how if squeaks with every effort! I have 2 of the 3 balls left intact, and I keep them away from OCD dog! Read more

After 4 years of service this ball has been retired. Best damn dog toy I have found for our dog. He normally destroys everything else in 10-30 minutes. For this to have lasted this long, beyond excellent! He was sad to have it taken away, only to be overjoyed to have a brand new one after! Read more

This ball has become a favorite for my labrador - he believes it's his duty to destroy any and all toys and this is holding up wonderfully! He even takes it to the dog park and plays tug with other dogs - his best friend is a 100 lb pit/mastiff mix and those two can drag each other around by this ball. Even after months of use it's showing very minimal wear, although the squeaker was killed after a month or so. Too bad they're out of stock, I'd buy 5 more! Read more

Recently - late 2023 to present- the quality and durability of the bond holding the squeaker in have noticeably decreased, the ball itself is exempt from any decreases in quality. The weak point in the construction is the bond between the ball and the squeaker component. I have noticed that the bonding of the squeaker component has begun to be done to a much lower standard. Out of the box, there is already visible separation if you give it a squeeze around the joining seam. In the past, none of this was the case. There was almost no visible seam and the squeaker did not separate so easily. I have tried gorilla glue, red RTV gasket maker, etc to reattach the squeaker. Both methods lasted no longer than 20-30 mins of continuous fetch. I'm stuck with four balls that work great but Billy loves them just a little less without the wonderful squeak. I would love to see some improvements on the bonding of the squeaker from the manufacturer. If anyone has found a successful way to reattach the 2 components please share. Read more

I have a Boxer-Pit Bull whose goal in life is to destroy all dog toys! Plush toys and knotted ropes last 10 minutes. Even Kong toys don't last. She loves balls, and I've found that REAL tennis balls do last a few months. I didn't have much hope for Nerf, but a friend got her one of these for Christmas and it's still alive! It still squeaks!!! Nerf usually means light, soft, squishy foam rubber. These are made of a very thick, heavy, durable and forgiving rubber. They do not bounce, they are no good for throwing indoors or playing catch. They would most certainly take out a window or Mom's favorite vase. But the dog can chew on it for hours and do it no harm. We roll them across the floor indoors (as opposed to tossing or throwing). She loves it! I've also purchased the small footballs. Made of the same material, they too have managed to survive aggressive chewing, and they wobble when you roll them. I haven't needed to think about replacing any of these yet, but based on how long they've lasted so far, I would definitely purchase them again. Read more

The media could not be loaded. With a spunky and wild 11 month old Boxer no toy could sustain his destructiveness until now. Perfect size, very durable and boy does he love the squeaks Read more

This is the best dog ball I have found for puppies that love to chew and squeak for hours. My 6 month old Lab puppies can destroy a tennis ball in 5 minutes. The Nerf balls are still as good as new after several weeks of vigorous chewing and squeaking. December 2023: Still in one piece and going strong. Truly one of the best dog toy purchase I have made. June 2024: I can't believe it but the balls are still as good as new and still squeaking. Read more
