The failure with this toy is they put a seam at either end with material folded over the opening i guess of making this a tube. This is a great pull point for a dog, my dog ripped that end seam material right off and started pulling the stuffing out. Had high hopes for Nerf dog toys but they need to re-think how the seam stuff . I wouldn't buy another one until i saw design improvements. Read more

I bought this for our 19# terrier. The toy itself seemed very sturdy, BUT in less than 12 hours, he was able to break the seam. It's now useless, so I would not recommend. Disappointed. Read more

NOT for strong chewers!

I've purchased my dog other Nerf dog toys, the strong fully rubber balls with a squeaker. He manages to kill the squeaker in those within a day or two, but the ball itself stays in one piece and he can't (or doesn't) tear it apart. So I thought this toy might be a good addition to his lineup of Nerf toys. I was wrong. Only half of this toy is the same rubber material as the balls. The other half is a cloth material that he started to tear at and destroyed within days of getting it. I won't be getting him any more of these. Read more
