I am extremely happy with my purchase. The product arrived on time (ahead of schedule actually) and was in great condition. It was described as Used-Like New. Frankly, it looked brand new to me. The original packaging was in pretty poor condition, but the item itself was in excellent condition with much of the originally taping around the product still intact. Have not had any issues as of yet and the Lattissima is perfect for my needs. It makes great frothy lattes (note: you will always have just a tiny bit of milk left in the milk compartment - totally normal.) This version of the Lattissima is great if you are truly using for single use. If you are looking to be able to make multiple lattes all at once I was recommend looking into the Gran Lattissima as it can get a little difficult to do that with the smaller version. Also great because you can use other non-Nespresso pods. I have not done so myself because I find that the Nespresso pods are actually pretty fairly priced, but always nice to be able to use other pods if you would like to. One important note, you MUST disassemble the milk compartment and wash/soak in warm soapy water after every use. If you are making multiple drinks you can make all of them and then disassemble, just be sure to do so once you are completely done. This will help the longevity of your machine. Not really a big deal to me, but I know that can be a deal breaker for others. The savings on buying this product through the seller was amazing. I saved over $200 purchasing "Used-Like New" rather than purchasing a new machine through Crate & Barrel etc. Certainly worth a shot to give this Seller a try. I do know they have a good return policy as well so really not a lot of risk to a buyer. Highly recommend! Read more

Absolutely AMAZING! We love our Lattissima Uno! It fits perfectly under our cabinets on the counter. It is compact and doesn’t take up a lot of valuable counter space. It is soooo easy to use. Coffee tastes fantastic! We couldn’t be happier. We had a whole bean push one button grind and brew for years that we loved, but good whole bean varieties became harder and harder to find. So, when it died we bought one of these right after we had finished a kitchen remodeling. It is perfect! Read more

IT HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED. I was worried becuase often when you buy things used you have missing parts and peices but this is in beautiful condition, works so simply and came with all the tester flavors. I love this machine, and every morning it makes me feel like I’m living in the future. Read more

I have the older version of this Nespresso machine. I got a new machine because I needed one at a different house. I got this one specifically because it looked fancy. I learned my lesson and should have paid attention to other reviews. This machine requires cleaning of the milk container after __every__ drink, by design. I got about 25 coffee drinks out of this machine before it just stopped processing milk in any way. If it can't steam milk and put it into my drink, there are MUCH cheaper machines to get. If you want to get a Delonghi machine, which I am not against in any way, I'd choose the older one with the square milk container that you can remove and store in the refrigerator. I still have that older machine an it's still working several years later. This machine is tedious, strikes me as poorly designed, and I can't recommend enough to just stick with the older one, which is still available in fall 2020. Read more

I recommend the EN500W as a great option for getting the benefits of Nespresso reliably. Just remember that the frother is a single-shot, for up to 8oz of milk and no reserve tank. My take on Nespresso overall is that it's at the base of the fairly steep curve of price-to-flavor for espresso and related coffee makers. At $250-ish, the EN500W makes a better and more consistent shot of espresso or lungo than most drive-thru espresso chains (in my opinion). Nespresso is going to make a consistent and competent shot or cup of whatever you throw at it. It's a Starbucks or Peet's-grade 7 out of 10 every time. Once you understand that getting an 8/10 requires patience, time, clean-up and (typically, but with exceptions) a maker over $400 (that has clean-up, maintenance and a learning curve), and getting 9/10 requires $1000 of gear, obsessing about specific beans and how many days have elapsed since they were roasted, and 9.8/10 requires a $14,000 machine and dedicated passion, you can see the value proposition of a Nespresso. I could get about 8.5/10 consistently from my Rancilio Silvia ($600) plus a $200 grinder. Four shots would take about ten minutes total, and leave me with 5 minutes of clean-up. A Gaggia Brera at $450 will do 8, with much less time and clean-up, but a lot more maintenance and fiddlyness to keep it working right, plus a few lost shots every time you changed beans or grind significantly. The EN500W gives you 7/10 consistently with little maintenance, and can froth 8oz of milk for a good 7/10 cappuccino, with the understanding that the frother is a one-shot deal that needs to be cleaned/rinsed after every use cycle. It can do four shots in about five minutes (one to warm up, one per shot) Read more

I received the Nespresso Lattissima One Original today and within the span of 10 minutes, I had it setup, ran the first run rinse cycle, and made an Inspirazione Palermo cappuccino. Very impressed with the frother and the milk container rinse cycle afterwards. Overall, my cup came out a bit too watery but that's my fault, not the machine's fault. A bit of trial and combinations of flavors and I'll soon have the process down the way I like it. If you like frothed milk in your espresso for whatever kind of drink, this machine seems quite capable and worth the money. I'll update this review in the future after I've done some more experimenting. Read more
