I’ve wanted a Nespresso for years, but could never justify the price. Once I started working at a coffee chain, my desire for yummy, milky iced lattes could not be satiated with instant coffee or a cheap brewer. I saw the limited edition Pistachio color and fell in love, but didn’t want to spend $150 on a coffee maker. The second it went on sale for $100, I bought it and I immediately fell in love. It came with 10 vanilla and 10 caramel coffee pods. I plan on buying espresso pods, but in the mean time, these have been really hitting the spot. The interface is really simple; you just unlock, place the pod, lock, and double tap for over ice. Within minutes, after I add my syrup and milk, I have a wonderful iced coffee that is miles above anything I’ve made at home prior. Even with the coffee pod, it comes out with this wonderful, foamy crema. Looping back to the interface, it really is a dream; I grew up using my mom’s $20 brewer, and having a vendetta against the quality of Keurigs, meanwhile my fiancé never used a coffee maker prior to meeting me. Once we bought a cheap brewer, I tried to explain the instructions but it ended up being too much for the little time he has in the morning. But after showing him this and having him taste my cup, he was more blown away than I was. The simplicity, paired with the quality, it is like no other home coffee. We both had our reluctances, his with the time and effort and mine with the quality, but this is really perfect for us. The only downside is that the pods are not cheap (~$15/10), however if I can have coffee shop level coffee this easily, I think that’s a fair price for a cup that’s worth $5-8. Read more

This coffee machine is something that I really had to talk myself into. I love espresso but I don’t like the other machines where you have to stamp the espresso, clear it, etc. This machine takes out all of the fuss! Brew time is so fast, water capacity lasts me like 4-5 days depending on the pod I use, and it doesn’t take up much space on my counter. It’s cute, functional and I never need another machine! This machine is easy to use, looks great on the counter, and consistently makes smooth, high-quality coffee. It heats up quickly, the pods are convenient, and the crema is impressive for a compact machine. Perfect if you want café-style coffee at home without fuss or a bulky setup. Read more

I absolutely love this. I brought it to work because our coffee is horrible. The only thing I will tell you is that its very loud if you work in a quiet building. You'll want an office or some place where it wont bother folks. The coffee out of this thing is some of the best ive ever had, next to traveling to Europe. Read more

As a keurig owner for years, I have fallen in love with my friends nespresso so broke down and bought my own. The pods are more expensive but you can buy a kit for not much and refill the pods to save $. Easy to use and brews quickly. I use it mostly for espresso and still use my keurig for most of my coffee, mostly to save money because my other half drinks 4 or 5 cups a day. I use this for my 1 cup a day and its delicious, frothy yumminess. I bought the Amazon refurbished to save $ (noticing a theme here?) And absolutely no issues Read more

So, I am not new to the Nespresso family. I owned a Nespresso Vertuo Next for about a year and a half with my work bestie and it was phenomenal. We didn't have too many issues out of it at all and it worked nicely. I got promoted and thought it would be best for me to have a coffee machine at home instead of at work, so I gifted the Next to my bestie and bought this one last month. Overall, the product functions similarly. I really enjoy the drip tray and how it catches my overflowed crema from time to time. The height of the machine is something I need to work with. The pop and the next are very different in height and most cups won't fit under my pop. I didn't have that issue with the Next. Coffee brews the same and I think this machine is faster than my other one. The color is gorgeous and really was my big motivator when purchasing this because I had a black and grey model before. Overall, I love it and I drink my starbs espresso pods at home every day with oat milk and ice. So far, easy to clean and doesn't take up too much counter space. I love it - wish it was a little taller. Read more
