Surprisingly nice for side-sleeping, and fine for back sleeping with a rotation
I have all kinds of pillows but wanted to try this one based on reviews for side-sleeping, which is my main position. It is really quite comfortable. After trying as-is for 2 nights, I removed about ¼ of the stuffing per their very nice instructions and also appreciated that they also added 2 bags to keep the extra stuffing, one very large plastic one to catch it as you scoop it out through a very convenient, dedicated, and labeled “stuffing/unstuffing tube”, and then you scrunch that large bag down and place it into a much smaller fabric back that has a cinch on top. After another few weeks, I removed some more so it may have been about ½ full at that point, but I’m going to add some back. It’s very, very comfortable for side-sleeping as it allows my shoulder to lay comfortably between the wings, and often if I’m on my back, I just flip it around and use the “flat side” as a normal pillow. The only complaint that I can give it is that the (nice) outer material is quite slick, and in a normal pillowcase, it often tries to slip back out. I overcame that annoyance by using pillowcases with fold-traps in the end or a center-insertion point. I have to admit it was worth the money for the comfort it has brought me. Read more

Great for side sleepers
Been getting horrible neck pain with previous pillows. I tried three or four different other pillows first and was skeptical about this one. After over a month I'm happy to report that this pillow is the real deal for side sleepers, highly recommend. Read more

I love this pillow
I have tried so many but they never got the shoulder area quite right...I did not have to adjust the filling like you can. It is perfect fit, perfect firmness, perfect height. 2 things to note. It does have a fairly strong smell to it after you release it from the vacuum seal. It wasn't bad for me because I use a C pap so I wasn't smelling it unless I removed my headset. I just took the pillow case off for 3 mornings and let it air all day and it is fine now. The other thing is I would recommend a king size case for it. A queen works but as you sleep and the case tucks up into the U shape it comes off the end a bit. Read more

Keeps shape
