Very sturdy and comfortable to use. I don't know the physical reason for it, but makes pull-ups a bit easier with this sort of grip. Fits my 1.5 inch bar perfectly. Read more

build quality
Very solid build quality and feels hefty in your hands. Metal with rubber grips. The only plastic part is in the holder to prevent metal on metal contact which can ruin your knurling. Completely replaces the trap bar for me. The handles extrude out enough from the barbell that shrugs essentially in line with the center of your body. Now I don't have to lug around a heavy trap bar. Solid and work well.
These are solid and work well for their intended purpose of providing neutral handles for a pull up bar. The handles are a bit large though for my average male size hands. Quite a bit thicker than the pullup bar they're attached to so require more grip strength and a harder workout. Gaining strength isn't supposed to be easy though I guess. Read more
