Great product for tennis elbow tendonitis sufferers who want to weight lift and do pull ups
Do you suffer from golf or tennis elbow and is it slowing you down in your workouts? I have had recurring bouts every year due to over exertion working out. After a year of not being able to do pull ups without re-injuring myself, today I tried the neutral grip handles on my pull up bar. Amazing how little pain I have doing pull ups using this vs the tradtional hands forward angle. A great product, solid and can easily hold my almost 200lbs frame. Its also helpful with different weight lifting barbells to take the angle off your grip. I highly recommend this simple and effective product. Read more

Tend to slip a little
These neutral grips work well. My only issue was that they tent to slide on the Olympic bar I have. I fixed the issue by wrapping the area they would be when I use them with athletic tape to make it thicker so they would stick better. It fixed the problem.
