This stuff works like a charm. It took my waterproof mascara off without scrubbing, two swipes and it was gone. It was very gentle on my eyes and left my skin soft with no oily feeling. This product is oil free as described but not as gentle as I wished it was. The consistency of the eye makeup remover is perfect. Price was competitive. It was shipped fast . I am overall pleased with this product, but I still think it should be a little bit more gentle for the eye area. This my favorite eye makeup remover. Pretty sure it's the same formula as the old Clean and Clear one that I used for years. It's gentle on my sensitive eyes and never burns. Leaves a little bit of an oily feeling, but it's moisturizing rather than greasy. You gotta shake it up a little bit before using it, but this stuff works great for getting off waterproof formulas. Just put some on a cotton round and hold the pad down on your eyelid for a little bit before wiping off. It's also worked really well for removing long-wear lipstick! Read more
