UPDATE: Unfortunately the alarm on the clock stopped making any sound. I contacted the seller & was floored when they offered to replace the clock!!! Sadly it is currently out of stock, but I'm more than willing to wait for replacement. The second email from seller stated it would be out of stock until the end of the month & was I sure I wanted to wait that long. I would have been happy to wait longer... This clock has made caring for my mom that much easier. It helps her with what day it is, and the morning / evening display is very helpful for her to know if it's 6am or 6pm especially when it's dark at both times in the winter. This seller has gone above and beyond expectations!! Thank you so much! I got this for my mother with dementia. I was a bit concerned that she might not like it, but I was pleasantly surprised! She loves it and so do I! She has made several positive comments about the clock. She really likes how bright it is and the size of the letters and numbers and the size of the clock itself. It has helped her a great deal letting her know what part of the day it is. I think the "morning / afternoon" etc has made a big difference for her. I could not be more happy with this purchase, the shipping was very quick. I was a bit concerned when I received the package as the outer box had gotten wet during shipping (during a winter storm in northern IL), but not to worry the clock was boxed very securely by the manufacturer and then again by the seller. Super easy to set up! It comes with the proper time already set up. The only thing you might have to do is take 30 seconds and change it to your time zone. For changing any other settings, you can either use the convenient remote or the buttons on the back of the clock. Read more
