Insert has cracks after only 10 months
*Edit* I highly recommend this seller, they back their products! I was able to reach the seller and they were absolutely amazing to work with. I provided pictures of the cracked insert and they promptly shipped me not just a new insert, but a whole new slow cooker! I am very happy with the service I received, the promptness of replies, and the solution the seller offered. I am also very glad to be back using my favorite slow cooker as it’s a staple item for a busy family! ~~~I love the size of the crockpot and it cooked very well, but unfortunately the insert has cracks in it after only ten months. The cracks started out small but got larger to the point food now leaks into the base. We have had to throw out the insert, and now I have to try to find a replacement insert. Read more
Wished I had this one years ago when my 5 kids lived at home!
We have used ours a few times when our family was visiting! There were 10 adults to feed so I made a large pot of spaghetti sauce with meatballs and Italian sausage to simmer all day! Believe me it holds a ton and it does it’s job! We also did a ton of baby back ribs on low and they fell off the bones! It works perfectly and when it’s time runs out it flips over to keep warm! I highly recommend this crock pot but only if you cook large quantities! It’s BIG! I love it! Read more
Careful of the feet on this unit
This slow cooker works great, easy to set. But the tiny rubber feet on the bottom fall off easily when the crock pot is moved across a surface. They are small so they are easily lost. Read more

Wonderful slow-cooker. Used for the first time, and I was very satisfied. I appreciated the clear instructions provided. Love the ease of the digital screen to set heat level and time for cooking. I’ve waited to do this review
I wanted to wait to do this review. I’ve made quite a few meals in this so far. I love my crock pots and was sad when my previous one died. So far— all my meals have been cooked hot and temp well. Nothing has broken. It did arrive with a tiny tiny dent on the rim..to me that’s no big deal. It came with the baggies (I haven’t used them yet). The temperature part is easy to figure out. Power—it automatically goes to low for 8 hours. You can easily switch it to hot and switch the time pushing the little arrows up and down. After the time is done, it automatically goes to Warm for 2 hours. I can let this cook all day at work and come home and food not be burnt. So far So great. I love it. In fact I’m going to make my Easter ham in it. Read more
