These shoes might be great if it was at all possible to size them or get consistent size information from New Rock. The sizes listed here are 1-12s not EU but they say they sell in EU. In Q&As, they tell people who wear a US Women's 8 to order an 8. Then they say these are US men's sizes, which would mean a US Women's 8 should order a 6.5 or 7. Then they claim they are US 'Unisex' sizes. Well, US sizes come in Men's or Women's so that is not helpful. At any rate, it seems like Amazon thinks these are listed as US Men's, so I ordered a 7. I got a 37, which is not correct. That should be a 39. So I have to return them. I've tried asking the company for help, and they are just like 'measure your foot'. It's impossible to do that within 0.3 of an inch to match their size increments. Now, the next sizes up are not available. On their site, they use EU sizes (I have no idea what mine is). There, all the sizes I might need say "Pre-Order" so if I order and wait 2-3 months then get the wrong size again, I have to go through this all again. Their customer service took a few days to respond via email and was not particularly helpful. I have an old pair of New Rocks that are perfect, but they don't print sizes on/in them. I rarely buy shoes online because of this kind of nonsense, but these are not available in any stores near me anymore in any New Rock model. (I found the old ones in a store years ago.) If they just correctly stated sizes, or were consistent in their answers, or sent the right size, I might love these shoes. I love their styling and the other ones I own are great quality and comfortable. I actually am trying to order 2 different models and neither are available and I don't know what that really means. The media could not be loaded. They fit perfectly and are exactly like what the description and the picture look like. They took awhile cuz they were coming from out of the country but I timed it just right for my partners birthday 🎉. I measured from my partners docs and asking questions from the seller so I recommend using one of those options before buying these shoes. Read more
