These boots are very comfortable! They have a short zipper at the bottom of the boot, making them easy to put on and take off. They have a short heel, which is perfect for me. I have back issues and can't wear taller heels. These boots do not hurt my back! I love the suede material and the slouchy style. The toe is a little too pointy for my taste. The point is very long and dramatic, and I wish it were a little shorter. Even though I don't love the long pointed toe, I do plan on wearing these with my sweater dresses. These are nicely made. The color is as pictured. The foot fit is good, but the calf was incredibly tight on me. I’m 180 lbs, 5’7” and normally wear a size 12 pant for reference. It took some work to be able to finagle these up my bare leg, but taking them off proved even more difficult. The material made my legs sweat and it was really hard to get them off. The toe is very pointy. It was definitely pointier than any of my other shoes but I thought I could pull them off. That is until two of my kids also asked me why I was wearing elf shoes.. Didn’t end up being the boot for me, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t for you. I liked the slouchiness of the leg and was hopeful, but they’re just not my cup of tea. Read more

I'm loving these Newbella Suede Knee‑High Slouchy Stiletto Heel Boots! I got them in my usual size 8 and they fit perfectly. My foot tends to be on the narrower side of medium width and my toes are more angled rather than straight across. The super pointed toes and width of the boot worked out great for my foot style. The largest part of my calf measures 13.5 inches. The boots pulled on easily and had plenty of room in the shaft. There is a short zipper about ankle height that adds to the ease of pulling them on. I would caution people who have wide calves that you may have a hard time pulling the boots on, even with the zippers. The faux suede is soft and such a rich beautiful color! I put 3 coats of suede protector spray on to make sure the color doesn't spot if they get wet. I'm only 5'1 and sometimes knee-high boots come uncomfortably high around my knees. That was not a problem with these boots! They hit perfectly just below my knees. I couldnt have asked for a more perfect fit! As a bonus, they are super comfortable. I could walk in them all day. The kitten heel is very on-trend, short enough for comfort, and widens at the base adding stability. These gorgeous boots are quite versatile. My photos show them with a midi dress, but they can be styled with pants, skirts and dresses of all lengths and even shorts. Time will tell how they hold up, but they feel sturdy and should last for a few seasons if you protect them with suede spray and brush out any scuffs. I think the pricepoint is fair for the quality. NEWBELLA Knee High Slouchy Boots Pointed Toe, SIZE 7, BROWN: These boots might make my top 5! I’m normally a 6W-6.5W or 6.5-7 in boots when wide isn’t available. Amazon suggested a 6.5 but I have other Newbella boots and I know they tend to run narrow. Because these boots have a pointed toe, I knew to size up to a 7. The 7 fits great in length and width. The stiletto kitten heel is a good height and comfortable to walk in. As far as the calves go, my calves measure 15” at the widest part. These boots do not fit over pants and barely fit my calves. It took a few pulls, but once they were on, they stayed up and were comfortable. I didn’t feel any tightness in the calves while walking. The side zipper is smooth. Overall, the quality is good, but not great. I say this because when I was pulling up the boots, I heard a pop. I don’t see any damage but it sounded like some stitches may have come loose or snapped. Given this, the value is OK. Price aside, I really like these boots, and they look so cute. The brown is also properly depicted in the listing photos. Would recommend. Read more
