So collagen is well known to be good for skin health, and so I wanted to start taking a supplement that would improve my skin appearance. This comes as a daily "shot," aka a small drink you need to take. Similar to a shot, this is supposed to be a berry flavor, but honestly just tastes off and strange and overly strong taste to me. Thankfully it is a small amount of liquid and so it is easy to take and much easier than something like a pill that often comes too large to easily swallow. I did not have any GI upset thankfully from taking this supplement. This seems to be a pretty strong formula with a lot of collagen in it, which makes for a nice, easy to take, and compact supplement. I've only been taking it for a few weeks, but I do think my skin has started to look better. It's more clear, smooth, and overall appears more healthy. This is on the more expensive end of supplements, but I think it is worth it. I might try mixing with juice or something to get over the flavor. I'd still take the flavor over a large pill though!
