I tried two devices. I returned the first one because it stopped working in the middle of uploading my files then it went completely dead. I couldn't even get to connect to my phone. I deleted and redownloaded the app But still would not work so I requested a replacement. On the replacement device, I spent almost two hours uploading my pictures to the device. It got to about 90% and completely shut down and stopped working. Did not save my pictures. The battery died and have not been able to recharge it to see if I can continue using it. I've tried different chargers 5V and above, different cables, including fast charging cables and nothing! I give up! Waste of time Read more
I’m very satisfied with this external hard drive. It works perfectly with both my phone and computer, making file transfers and backups super easy. This NEWQ Hard Drive (1TB) has been easy to use! I've used it most to move photos from my phone to computer (to move it to my SSD lol) . Its been wonderful to not have the extra steps of downloading from icloud then moving them to the SSD, then clearing downloads data and whatnot. Its not an actual SSD so I'm wary of the longevity and therefore won't use for anything more than temporary storage while moving things from one device to another. Read more
