Unlike several other 1-star reviewers, I found the device very easy to use. Got the 256M size. I downloaded the app, watched the install video, then was easily able to get my old Galaxy Note 8 to recognize the device as I went through the step-by-step installation as described. Once the download started, it ran without a hitch and downloaded over 6000 photos & videos in about 25 minutes! If you want to review photos on the device after download, be a little patient -- it does take a few minutes to "load" the thumbnail index first time. But you can then sort photos in many different ways to organize, sub-file, tag or print. Downloads from Google Photos and Note memory card. It also works on my Galaxy 24. Will buy again if/as needed. Do not buy this product. I bought the 256 gb stick for $124. The 1st one I got didn't work. I went to their website and chatted with a technician. We tried everything but it didn't work, no light, wouldn't connect. So they sent me another one. That one didn't work either. They said to try using the adapter from the first one, so I did. The light lit up and connected with that one. So apparently the first one had a bad stick, the 2nd one had a bad adapter. I clicked on Back Up All Files as it recommended. It was so slow, after 10 hours it was at 38%. I have a lot of photos and videos, about 110 gb worth. I calculated that it would take 36 hours at the rate it was going. You have to plug it into the charging port, and my phone cannot go that long. So I laid my phone on a wireless charger to keep it charged. It worked for 10 hours, then quit. The light went out. Now it will not work again. Chatted with a tech again. Un-installed the app, restarted the phone, reinstalled the app, tried again. It started working again, so I started another backup session. It ran for about 10 minutes, to 3% complete, then quit. No light, won't connect. Un-installed the app, the whole thing again, but it will not light up again. Because they sent me another one, my 30 day return window expired at Amazon. The photostick company told me i have to return it to them because I bought it there. They told me this even after I told them that 30 window expired because I waited while they sent me another one. So I'm stuck with 2 worthless pieces of junk. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Update- I called Amazon and explained what happened. They made it right. They sent me a return qr code and I sent both sticks back. I will be receiving a refund as soon as they receive the sticks. I'm a little concerned that some of my personal info is on the stick that worked for 10 hours. But I was assured that they would not be resold and would be destroyed. Thank you Amazon. Read more

A little while back, I placed an order for shocks for my 1985 Chevrolet Silverado C10, that I'm getting restored , only to find out that they’re to short in length. With that said, I’d like to return all 4 back for a full refund. V/r, Rob Copper—September 18, 2025

I bought this to back up my photos. I thought I was following the directions. It seemed to take a long time, and I got interupted. I wasnt sure so I had to start again. I am still not clear on if I go to save more pictures, if it will just save the old ones again while doing the new or if it will recognize that it has already saved the old and just save the new ones. I think it is a good idea, as we have picture files that have locked us out, and I was hoping this stick would find everything and save it. Good concept, but maybe could have better description and directions. Read more
