I've been using this supplement for several weeks now and have noticed a slight but steady improvement in my skin's texture. The combination of niacinamide with zinc, biotin, and hyaluronic acid is interesting, especially for those seeking support against acne and inflammation. I liked that it's "flush-free," as it doesn't cause the redness typical of niacin. The capsule size is easy to swallow, and it doesn't have an unpleasant taste. The discounted price was very affordable, making it a good option to try without spending too much. However, the results aren't immediate, and I think it works best as part of a consistent skincare routine. In short, it's a well-formulated supplement, ideal for those looking to improve their skin from within, although it requires patience and consistency to see noticeable changes. Read more

I am getting close to 40 and as i started to notice my skin changing around 33. I started to get uneven darker spots when i was pregnant with my son and my skin has been losing that youthful glow every year. This year i have been really aware of it and im on a mission to get my glow back and fight the clock.... or better yet knock it out! Lol. I ordered these vitamins because even with the best topical skin care, you still need to get high quality vitamins to help from a cellular level. These vitamins have the 6 heavy hitters of skin care needs, 1. Vitamin B3 (Niacinamide) is a powerhouse skincare ingredient that improves skin texture, evens tone, reduces redness/inflammation, controls oil, minimizes pores, boosts hydration by preventing water loss, strengthens the skin barrier, fights acne, fades dark spots, and helps with signs of aging like fine lines by increasing collagen. It's well-tolerated, helps repair UV damage, and boosts skin's defense against environmental stressors, making skin healthier and more resilient. 2. Biotin will support your skin's cell growth and mucous membrane function, which helps maintain a hydrated, healthy-looking complexion. 3. Senium benefits skin by acting as a powerful antioxidant to fight free radicals, reducing inflammation, protecting against UV damage, supporting collagen, promoting cell renewal, and helping with conditions like acne and psoriasis, keeping skin youthful, firm, and resilient. 4. Zinc offers major skin benefits by fighting acne, reducing inflammation, protecting from UV rays (as zinc oxide), promoting wound healing, supporting collagen, and balancing oil production 5. Vitamin C offers significant skin benefits, primarily acting as a powerful antioxidant to fight free radicals, boost collagen for firmness, brighten tone by reducing dark spots, protect against sun damage (when paired with sunscreen), reduce inflammation (like redness from acne/rosacea), promote wound healing, and improve hydration for a plumper, more radiant complexion. It's essential for overall skin health, helping to prevent premature aging and repair damage. 6. Hyaluronic acid (HA) intensely hydrates skin by attracting water, making it plump, smooth, and elastic, which reduces fine lines and wrinkles, strengthens the skin barrier, and supports tissue repair, leading to a youthful glow The 1st couple weeks i took this i did have a couple breakouts but i know its just my skin purging and a sign its actually working. By the 3rd week my skin cleared up and i noticed my nails got a little stronger. Im on my 4th week but im noticing improvements already. Read more

There is some evidence that taking this form of Vitamin B3 can help with skin health, so I have been taking 500 mg of this important vitamin twice a day. The added ingredients are a bonus and all have different benefits for skin. I don’t know much about the company and am awaiting third party analysis of safety and quality of ingredients, the label does state it is 3rd party tested and from a GMP compliant facility. I was able to find the expiration date on the top of the bottle, printed above the label on the brown part. I have not had any adverse reactions to this formula, have been taking for several weeks. It’s hard to determine long term benefits in such a short period. Easy to swallow. Read more

I bought these for my teen when we could no longer find the previous brand acne vitamins for sale. These smell so horrible that I can't even get my teen to take them. She says it even causes foul burps. Not recommended. Read more
