I really like this athletic dress overall! The adjustable straps are a huge plus. I love being able to customize the fit. It fits true to size. For reference, I’m 5’5”, 130 lbs and the small fits me perfectly. The double-lined material is great quality and provides good coverage (no issues there), but support is definitely on the lower end, I’d say low to moderate. I do wish it had a built-in bra with removable cup pads. If I wanted to actually play tennis or pickleball in it, I would need to wear a sports bra underneath, and that would likely show with the thin X-back straps. The skirt is also a little shorter than I personally prefer, though it’s still wearable. That said, it’s very flattering and comfortable, and the built-in shorts are a nice touch. While I may not wear it for high-impact sports, it will be perfect for casual outings, travel, or summer events....which is exactly how I plan to style it. I ordered a size small. This is true to size. I usually wear a small to medium, 4-6. I'm 5'8", about 140 lbs. The fabric of the dress and the "bodysuit" underneath is buttery soft, cool to the touch, and comfortable against the skin. The shorts extend all the way up the dress to the neckline, that is why I referred to it as a bodysuit. It is more than just shorts. There are two side pockets on the shorts. I love that there NOT a shelf bra built in!! I prefer to wear my own preferred bra underneath!! I do wish the shorts were slightly longer to avoid the crotch munch look, but they're doable. I bought this athletic dress in light coffee (small) to wear for workouts and casual outings and it’s really cute! I’m 5'2" and roughly 118 lbs—the V-neck and adjustable straps are really flattering, and the color is soft/neutral. I've worn it for daily walks, running errands, and even paired it with a light jacket for meeting friends for lunch/coffee. The built-in shorts have good pockets (fits phone and a small items fine), and the overall length is just right for me (but I am shortie). That said, it runs a tad small on me in the bodysuit/length of torso, and the upper isn't lined or padded much. If you're busty or doing anything sweaty/intense, you'll want a solid sports bra underneath for support. The material is thin/lightweight, so sweat shows a little during workouts (but the lighter shade masks it better than I expected). I love athleisure clothes... When I saw this NIASHOT Athletic Dress for Women, I immediately ordered it in the (Red, Medium) version. IT IS SO CUTE!!! It fits me pretty well, albeit a little short. For reference I am 5'5ish, 160ish pounds, 34D and 28" waist. This dress is definitely thinner than I expected. The material isn’t see-through, but it doesn’t provide much support. There’s no built-in bra, so you’ll need to wear a sports bra underneath. Because there isn’t much support or structure, the fit isn’t the most flattering on me; especially around my lower stomach area. It’s comfortable, but it doesn’t really smooth or hold anything in. If you prefer more compression or shaping, this may not give you that. That said, the style and color make it such an easy throw-on dress for hot days, running around outside, or even playing sports. This fabric is awesome. Its like the under armour, athletic material. This is definitely a tennis or pickleball dress. There are built in shorts. For larger chested women, another bra is going to be essential as this doesnt have thick lining or any cups for support. Would also be super cute as a swim suit cover up. The back straps criss cross, giving minimalistic detail. Pockets, essential to dresses, are on each side. The color is saturated and modern. Overall, I would recommend this tennis dress. This dress is pretty thin, but it’s also very comfortable when on. I’d say it runs true to size if not a bit small. I am normally in between a smal and a medium, and I order a small for this and it is form fitting without being too tight. It does fit tighter around the shoulders, so if you have wide shoulders, be aware. It is also not going to hide anything, so my mom pouch is very visible in this. The pockets are pretty flimsy as well, not great for holding a phone. Overall, it’s good for the price, but it’s not the best quality you could find out there. Read more
