These are perfect for my tank 5 gallon I got on here. The tank is glass, which I love and wouldn’t get plastic. So durability is great. My snails and beta are so happy and keep growing so huge from all the space. There is no noise and the tank does not collect algae but that’s due to my live plants that I have in my tank. These work great if you keep your gravel or sand or whatever base you use super clean. If you don’t keep your substrate clean, you will go through at least 1 of these every 1-2 weeks. Read more
