This long sleeve shirt is perfect for outdoor activities when it might be chilly. Wicks sweat away and keeps you cool when you start heating up during your workouts. I used it during the cold months in Oregon when I workout in my shop and it feels like a icebox. Just warm enough to start warming up doing my HITT workouts and later it's just right even though I'm sweating like hell.
