This bag is ideal for football season. My son can easily fit all of his gear it it including helmet and pads. There is a separate compartment for his cleats. Shoulder strap makes for easy carrying. He is rough and has no patience to neatly arrange everything so the fact that he can throw-and-go is nice. The bag is durable and these zippers are still zipping with this 12 y.o. My son LOVES his bag. He received this bag for Christmas from his Grandmother and has used it several times for trips we have taken since Christmas.
