I have extremely sensitive gums. With regular toothbrushes I often scratch them causing pain. A few years ago I came across these and decided to give them a halfhearted try. I’ve been hooked ever since that first order. These toothbrushes are super soft. I get the compact head which is shaped nice even for my husband’s big mouth! I am so happy that I found these on Amazon sold by ZenEssence. My dentist gave me one of these toothbrushes after my cleaning. I truly tell you it’s the best toothbrush for sensitive gums and teeth. It not only cleans the gums but, cleans and polishes the teeth. I am old school and prefer a manual toothbrush, it just works better for me. Best super soft toothbrush I have ever owned. THE BEST TOOTHBRUSH EVER FOR MANUAL. Have been using these for about 8 years and won't use any other manual toothbrush. Created by a periodontist in the Bay Area of California and am thankful to his sone for putting them on the market for people to purchase. These used to be only available through a dental dealer so being able to purchase them online now to the general public is fantastic. The neighborhood dentist (who happens to be my spouse) loves Nimbus toothbrushes. They are very comfortable to use, gentle on the precious gingival tissue, and reach the tiny crevices that stiffer and coarser bristles will ignore. They last a very long time, probably we change out less often than the company advises, but we have a multi process regimen for dental hygiene, of which the Nimbus is the final mechanical step. These toothbrushes were recommended to me by my dentist and I’ve been using it ever since for the past 5 years. I have very sensitive areas along my gum line, and the super soft bristles are incredibly gentle. I no longer experience irritation or discomfort while brushing so I find myself brushing the sensitive areas more throughly instead of avoiding it. Read more

My dentist used to give this toothbrush to clients at their bi-annual cleaning. This was well over a decade ago and I have been using them ever since. I buy them by the dozen for my household so we can have a fresh toothbrush monthly. I really won't use any other brand and my hygenist always asks me if I am using an electric toothbrush because my teeth are so clean.
