Llevo un tiempo usando mi batidora Ninja y la verdad es que me tiene encantada. Desde el primer día noté la potencia que tiene — puede con todo, incluso con hielo o frutas congeladas, sin quedarse atascada ni sobrecalentarse. La uso casi todos los días para preparar batidos, cremas y salsas, y siempre deja una textura súper suave. También me gusta mucho que el vaso sea grande, porque puedo hacer varias porciones de una sola vez. Otra cosa que aprecio es que se limpia muy fácil. I love this so much. Easy to clean and the three blades up the blender makes it way faster and easier to get a smooth blend on smoothies or anything I use it for. I love the two additional blending cups for smaller portions or for smoothies. It came with 2 lids for the cups. Read more

I was a bit hesitant to get this because of it being used. But, everything was included (except the user manual) and it works great. I haven't tried mixing with the to-go mugs yet, though. I'm glad I got this! Read more

The media could not be loaded. I haven’t even tried the blender. This has clearly been used prior to shipping. The box and blender are both damaged. I truly don’t know how someone could ship this thinking it’s in good enough shape to do so. I would be embarrassed!! Read more

I purchased the Ninja knowing it was refurbished but thinking it would be just fine, after all it was refurbished and I have had good success with similar products in the past. The first Ninja I received had an electronics issue, it would shut off while using a programed blend. I had to unplug the unit to get it to re-start. I sent it back and asked for a replacement. The replacement worked for a few weeks then started to do the same thing as the first one. I sent the second one back and asked for a refund. Three weeks and a promise to "get right on it" later and I am still out over $80. I recommend you save your money and buy a new one. Read more
