I love the ninja coffee makers. They are so easy to use. They have the small portion setting which 8 use mostly. It’s got the regular 12 cup for parties too. I love the water holder design. I had my last machine 6 years before it died. Read more

Really well made! Nice styling! One thing we noticed is that when other cheaper coffee makers are used, paint burns off the heating area. This one still looks brand new over a year later! Well worth it. Read more

Brews up a tasty cup of coffee. Easy to use. The one to four-cup option is really good. I ordered it because it is the top-rated coffee maker according to New York Times Wirecutter. Read more

I bought this refurbished so I took a chance and it has been 6 months with now issues. I love the cleaning feature my only complaint is on the design the head that showers the water into the basket is hard to keep clean and I have to use a sponge on it from time to time to keep it clean. Read more

Maybe I am being picky but it seems the coffee is just not that hot. I check it with a meat thermometer and it was 170 degrees which is within standard guidelines. After researching the web, ideally coffee should be around 195 to 205 degrees, any hotter it will scald the coffee. So, it seems the coffee maker is about 20-25 degrees off the ideal temp. That said, there is another article that suggests 155 to 175F as the ideal temp. Anyway, it must be me. Now, for the coffee maker itself, the machine is really very well made. A lot of thought has gone into its design. The removal water cage is a delight and easy to fill. There is a measuring spoon built into the unit for exact measuring (one tbsp per cup) The coffee craft is rock solid and sturdy as can be. The size of the unit does not overpower your countertop. All in all, it is a great unit. I just have to figure out what temperature is correct but in any event, it comes out at 170F. Second review; We had the coffee maker for about a week now. Nothing has changed regarding the temperature of the coffee. It remains 170 degrees and becomes lukewarm in a few minutes after pouring in a cup. We are extremely unhappy and disappointed in the unit. Sorry, we purchased it. Update: We tried to like this coffee maker and kept it for a little while to see if things improved but we are returning it today. 09/06/2022. Don't know if it is a defected unit of not but will not buy this make again. Read more
