Accurate and versatile
This has been great to use as both a sous vide and slow cooker. The traditional crock pots are now much hotter than they used to be, and this allows for precision cooking at truly low temps. I bought it to replace the crock pot, but I’ve been using the sous vide at least once a week. Read more
