I'm a small B-cup and don't really need a bra, and find bras uncomfortable. So, I bought my first pair of adhesive Nippies back in January. I have worn them nearly every day since then, and for me, they have been about as perfect as a product could be. Comfort: They're extremely comfortable -- so comfortable, in fact, that I occasionally forget to take them off before going to sleep because I forget they're there. I was afraid that the adhesive might irritate my skin, but it hasn't at all. They stay on very well and are easy to wash after use (I use plain old soap and water). Coverage: The coverage they provide is remarkably good, given how extremely thin they are. I can wear a form-fitting white tee-shirt with just the Nippies underneath, and my nipples aren't visible. I recently tried one other brand of nipple covers (Spicy Spot) because they were less expensive, and although they were thicker than Nippies, they were almost completely transparent and my nipples were quite visible under light-colored shirts. So in terms of how well they do their job, Nippies have definitely been worth the money for me. I love not having to worry about bra straps showing! Lifespan: As I said, I wore my first pair almost every day for 3+ months, so my estimate is that they've lasted about 100 wears. They have just now gotten to the point where enough of the adhesive has worn away that I can't wear them with looser shirts (though they're still fine with more form-fitting shirts, which hold them in place). I just ordered my second pair. It definitely took a little while to get used to not wearing a bra (I felt naked at first!) but I've come to trust the Nippies and I am so much more comfortable every day now. I no longer have to experience that awful mid-afternoon feeling of an underwire pressing into my ribs. It would be nice if they were a little cheaper, but I guess 25 cents (or less) per wear isn't so much to pay for all-day comfort. I've been really happy with this product. ****UPDATED 5/5/2011**** Just wanted to add that, although I purchased my next pair back in March (at the time I wrote this review), I didn't end up having to break out the new pair until yesterday -- I was able to keep using my old pair in spite of the fact that adhesive was coming off from the edges. There was still enough adhesive to make them stay on, and I tend to wear clothes that are slightly (though not extremely) form-fitting which has kept them laying flat even though the edges weren't really sticking to my skin anymore. Only when they stopped being able to stick to my skin did I have to ditch them for the new pair. So if you are someone who wears clothes that mostly conform to your body shape, you may find that you can make them last a long time (for me it was four months of almost everyday wear, which equates to over 100 uses). ****UPDATED 4/2/2012**** I've continued to love and rely on my Nippies on an almost daily basis, and I'm now on my 5th pair. Thought I would add this: the last pair I got aged a little weirdly (the adhesive did a peeling thing and overall they felt a little flimsier), and when I emailed Bristols 6 about it, I got a lovely, appreciative response from a customer service representative who promptly sent me a new pair (which seem to be normal so far). I've now used the same pair for 4 years. These are incredible. As someone who enjoys going braless depending on the outfit, but I easily chafe and I am selective about using my pokies as accessories, these silicone pasties are great for just about anything. I wear these at least a few times a month, but not daily. When I do wear them, it's frequently for 8+ hours, and I always wash with mild soap and allow to air dry afterwards. Size: I wear XS to S bikini tops and sports bras. I have about 1-in. diameter areolas. The pasties cover most of my breast. Pros: Has maintained usable (though degeneratively) stickiness throughout the years. Durable. Creates a smooth, round bust. Gives me the ability to be strapless and free hanging. Is more reliable at hiding nips through a shirt than a sports bra. Comes with a reliable storage box that has survived moves and travel. When they are new, you can get them wet without fear of them slipping. When they have peak stickiness, there's nothing you can't do. They will stay stuck while you run and jump. I am mixed Latin & white, and the pasties don't stand out against my general skin tone in most sheer & knitted clothes. Seamless, easy to remove, and no sticky residue. Great value. Cons: I'm pretty petite and these take up most of my real estate. If I wear an armless shirt, there's a chance it'll peak through the sides. These are not totally opaque. I have brown nipples, so depending on the tightness of a white shirt, or the gauge of a crocheted top, there's a chance the color of my nips stand out. Considerations: In my opinion, they are awesome for 4 years old, but won't last forever. Eventually the stickiness will wear out. I'm at a point right now that I can wear them without much activity, but if I bend over quickly they may pop off. I also did have a small tear taken out from the thin edge, but that doesn't affect usability. I've never had an issue with sweating and usability, but they will make your skin waterlogged and stinky if you don't take them off to let your skin breathe. Do NOT wear them with broken skin, as that can cause infection. Recommendations for the manufacturer: Offer a variety of skin tones and sizes. Include an extra set of plastic storage cups, since they are hard to clean and the customer is SOL if they lose one. Read more

These blend into my skin tone well and stick in the middle, but they do not stick on the outsides. There is no lift, if that is what you want to, but these are not supposed to add any volume. I'm not sure how they will be able to be reused if they didn't even stick well the first time. That being said, they are comfortable, but I was worried about them falling off all day. I do not think I will be reusing these and will be looking for a new brand. Read more

The product is great! I highly suggest sizing up if you are a C cup. They were just barely too small. They are smooth, comfortable and hold up the girls well. If you have breast implants the smaller size might work still but ai would definitely size up if you are natural. Read more
