These are the best covers I could have bought. Seriously. They come with their own hardcovered case with plastic pieces to keep them on for safe storage. They are sooooo thin that you wont see them through your shirt. You can wear them alone with a tight shirt to hold them in place and they wont move. They won't give any support or keep them looking perky like a regular bra would. I got the caramel color in the large size. I am a 26G cup and these cover the larger girls perfectly and stay in place. They do no have any adhesive on them and you don't need it because it cups the girls nicely and stay so long as you have a faily fittinf shirt on. They'll stay even with a loose shirt so long as youre not dancing or sweating otherwise they may fall off. Overall, these are amazing and will be repurchasing if need be. I love the Nippies brand of nipple covers! When shopping with this brand, however, make sure you note whether the product is the adhesive vs. non-adhesive form because they make both! This review is for the non-adhesive nipple covers, but I actually have both forms. I thought that I would get more use out of the adhesive form, but the non-adhesive ones are the ones I've gotten the most use out of. I have smaller boobs (size 36B-34C) and I like to wear bras that have less padding because they're just more comfortable. However, less padding means less nipple coverage so I use the non-adhesive Nippies for extra nipple coverage when I wear those types of bras. I also wear them under non-padded sports bras when working out and they work great for that too! And even though they don't have any adhesive on them, once they warm up to your skin, they stay on extremely well - even during really sweaty workouts. They're larger in size than other nipple covers I've worn, but I think that's why they work better than other nipple coves. They also taper at the ends so they're more seamless - e.g., if you wear them on their own, without a bra, it won't look like you have giant nipples. Their one downside is the price - I thought $25 was crazy for nipple covers, but they work so well and I use them so often that I think they're worth every penny. I own 2 in the non-adhesive form and then 1 in the adhesive form so, clearly, I have no issue splurging a bit on them! Bottom line: These are the NON-ADHESIVE form of the Nippies (they do sell adhesive forms though, which are also great). I love them! I bought my first pair back in 2017 thinking I would use it a couple of times then forget about it. At the time I was sick of bras and wanted the best alternative. I wanted to hide my nipples, not wear a bra and have no adhesive inside the nipple cover. Let me tell you, and I'm not exaggerating, these CHANGED the game for me. I have not wear a bra for 3 years because of these!!! They will last FOREVER! The only reason I bought a new pair is because I thought I had lost my old ones. These past 3 years I've had 3 pairs. I started with the small ones (only big enough to cover my nipples) with the adhesive. Then I figured out that the adhesive doesn't work for me. So I bought the non-adhesive small ones and over time it seemed like I couldn't wear a tight t-shirt without seeing the outline of the nippies against my natural matatas. But I loved the way these were fabricated, so I decided to try the big ones and that's where it changed everything for me. The big ones cover quite a good amount of my breast (I'd say I'm in the C-D range when it comes to bras and it covers the third of it) and it blends against the rest of my titties beautifully. I can wear tight white tops and we cannot tell I'm wearing a nipple cover (and you can't see my nipples when they're hard neither!). They stick against my skin extremely well even without an adhesive. I can wear looser tops as well and it holds just as good. I'm definitely not someone who writes reviews ever so hopefully this will help someone. PLEASE give it a chance. I will never go back. The only downside to these covers (and with any silicone nipple cover) is if you have a nipple piercing. The nippies was holding well over it but it creates a humid environment for the piercing which caused me some problems after long time wearing.
