Thought I would help with the color question/ complaint. Photo shows, left to right, Dark Black, Black, Gray, and Claret. Other reviews are correct when they say that "Black" is more of a Gray, and should be called Charcoal instead. It kind of looks like black things I have owned for years that are faded to gray, so that's definitely one I am sending back. It's actually not a bad color, I just prefer the true ("Dark") Black or true Gray. I would say Gray and Dark Black are true to their names. Claret looked like more of a wine red online, but to me in person is closer to a true red, not as much purple tone. I'm a little disappointed in the color, but it's still nice. The sweater is actually really cool. The length makes it warm and chic, can be used as a sweater or more of a coat. The photos do make the cable knit look chunkier and thicker than they really are, but it's not thin, and doesn't feel super cheap. The cable knit definitely gives it a great style. I think they might puff up a bit when they have longer to decompress and after washing. None of the 4 that I ordered have any notable manufacturing flaws, like holes or seems coming undone. Overall, I would recommend this sweater. Now I have to decide how many to keep.... UPDATE: Funny, I kept the "Black"/ Charcoal one! The one I originally said I definitely would send back. I have so many (true Dark Black) black sweaters, and I thought it could work with black or gray, so it seemed like a better compliment to my wardrobe. One thing though - when I showed my husband, he said it looked almost dark army green. I think another review mentioned that too. I think how much kind of depends on the light. Also, washed and put in the dryer. (It's acrylic, so really doesn't need the special delicate hang dry treatment. I wanted easy care!) Washed well, but didn't really puff up much more. Once the sweater is out of its vacuum sealed packaging, it does take a little bit to expand, but still never looks as luxurious and thick as the pics online. Read more

I ordered this because it looked warm and comfy and it really had lived up to the picture. This sweater is so pretty and comfortable and war. It is not itchy, it did not shrink in the dryer, it’s soft and long. I definitely am happy with this purchase. There is nothing the close it up in the front, like 1 or 2 of anything would have been nice but I actually do care because it’s that great of a sweater.
